 A seasoned registered nurse since she graduated from OSU-OKC in 2012, Mai has bloomed from an extensive critical care background at Oklahoma’s only level one trauma center. After obtaining her Master’s degree in 2022, she took on a role as a clinical nursing instructor, while also continuing her career in caring for the critically ill in a medical ICU. Her infectious energy and attention to detail made her an irresistible candidate we long courted, until she ultimately accepted an aesthetic role as one of the leading injectors at Stilnova & Co.

Marlene Beaty is a family nurse practitioner with dual certification in acute care. She earned her doctor of nursing practice degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2023 where she graduated with special academic distinction, and has worked in academia, critical care, and nephrology. Marlene continuously seeks opportunities to learn and grow as an injector and APRN, is committed to attention and detail staying up to date on the latest treatments and products that she can so beautifully explain in both English and Spanish.

Marlene is truly one of the hardes working women we know. She not only finds time to be an amazing mom, but a supportive cheerleader, teacher, an dcommunit advocate volunteering her time as a nephrology provider at a free clinic helping minority and underserved populations. This Nova Babe is a true hero and we are so grateful for you Mar!

Kylie is a passionate esthetician based in OKC, with a deep-rooted love for beauty that stems from her upbringing in Norman, Oklahoma. Specializing in facial treatments and peels, brow waxing, perming, and tinting, Kylie is dedicated to helping her clients feel assured and confident in embracing their natural beauty.  She started her esthetic career at New Moon Beauty with a strong motivation and enthusiasm for her craft. We are so lucky and excited to have this brow magic queen join our Nova Babes! It's a Brow time you let her make some magic with your brows!

 In addition to her work, Kylie finds joy in self-expression, creativity, and caring for animals.

We are so proud to introduce a very special Nova Babe who journeyed from a unique career in beauty and stage performance. Zay’s refreshingly humble soul, despite her title of Miss Gay Oklahoma USofA in 2019, finds more fulfillment in helping others find confidence and security in their own skin.  

She obtained her Cosmetology certification in 2017 and continued to pursue her aesthetic passion obtaining her Aesthetician license and is now dual-certified to best deliver her specialty and craft her skill. Miss Zay’s multi-faceted style and temperament, makes her an invaluable resource in embracing the multidimensional nature and diversity of beauty.

Certified as a licensed Aesthetician in 2010, Van continued to further her education by going back to nursing school and has been working as a registered nurse on the Mother Baby unit.
